It answers your visitors from your own pages and files, collects their contact details and emails you each lead.<\/p>\n\n<p>This plugin adds your Sincra chatbot to every page of your WordPress site. You paste your Sincra install code once in Settings &gt; Sincra. There is no theme file to edit and no code plugin to install.<\/p>\n\n<p>What Sincra does on your site:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Answers visitors from the content you give it: your website pages, files and questions and answers you write.<\/li>\n<li>Replies in the language of the visitor.<\/li>\n<li>Asks for the visitor's contact details and emails you the lead.<\/li>\n<li>Shares your booking link when you have one.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>What this plugin does:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Adds one settings page with one field, your Sincra account ID.<\/li>\n<li>Loads the Sincra chatbot on the public pages of your site once that field is saved.<\/li>\n<li>Loads nothing and contacts no server until you save your account ID.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>What this plugin does not do:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>It does not read your WooCommerce orders, stock or cart. Sincra answers from the pages and files you add to it.<\/li>\n<li>It does not create your Sincra account. You create it at sincra.cloud.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4>You need a Sincra account<\/h4>\n\n<p>Sincra is a paid service with a free plan. The free plan gives 50 responses a month on 1 website, with Sincra branding on the chat and no card needed. Paid plans start at $29 a month. See <a href=\"https:\/\/sincra.cloud\/en\/pricing\">Sincra pricing<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p>All the code of this plugin is free and works the same on every Sincra plan.<\/p>\n\n<h3>External services<\/h3>\n\n<p>This plugin connects your site to Sincra, a service run by Sincra (https:\/\/sincra.cloud). Without it, the plugin does nothing.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Sincra (sincra.cloud)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>What it is used for: to show the chatbot and to generate its answers.<\/li>\n<li>When data is sent: on every public page of your site, once you have saved your account ID, the browser of the visitor loads https:\/\/sincra.cloud\/embed.js and the settings of your chatbot. When the visitor sends a message, the message is sent to Sincra to generate the answer.<\/li>\n<li>What is sent: your Sincra account ID, the address of your site, the IP address and browser details of the visitor that any web request carries, the messages the visitor writes, a conversation identifier and the contact details the visitor chooses to give.<\/li>\n<li>Browser storage: the chatbot stores no identifier in the browser of the visitor until the visitor sends a message. After that it keeps one conversation identifier in the local storage of the browser.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/sincra.cloud\/en\/legal\/terms\">Terms of Service<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/sincra.cloud\/en\/legal\/privacy\">Privacy Policy<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Cloudflare Turnstile<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>What it is used for: Sincra uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the chat from automated abuse. It runs in a frame served from sincra.cloud, which loads a script from challenges.cloudflare.com.<\/li>\n<li>When data is sent: when the chatbot runs that check in the browser of the visitor.<\/li>\n<li>What is sent: the data Cloudflare Turnstile collects from the browser to tell people from bots, including the IP address.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cloudflare.com\/website-terms\/\">Cloudflare Website Terms of Use<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cloudflare.com\/privacypolicy\/\">Cloudflare Privacy Policy<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<!--section=installation-->\n<ol>\n<li>Install the plugin and activate it.<\/li>\n<li>Go to Settings &gt; Sincra.<\/li>\n<li>If you have no Sincra account, select \"Create your free Sincra account\" and follow the steps.<\/li>\n<li>In Sincra, open Widget and copy your install code.<\/li>\n<li>Paste the code in the Account ID field and save. The plugin keeps only your account ID.<\/li>\n<li>In Sincra, under Widget &gt; Allowed domains, check that the domain of your site is on the list. The chatbot only answers on the domains listed there.<\/li>\n<li>Open any page of your site. The plugin only connects your site to Sincra.
