Use of them does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.<\/p>\n\n<h4>Simple and easy payments on your store<\/h4>\n\n<p>The PayMongo plugin extends WooCommerce enabling you to take payments using <a href=\"https:\/\/developers.paymongo.com\/\">PayMongo's Payment API<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<!--section=installation-->\n<p>This gateway requires WooCommerce 3.9.3 and above.<\/p>\n\n<h4>Automatic installation<\/h4>\n\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to your WordPress dashboard.<\/li>\n<li>Navigate to the <strong>Plugins<\/strong> page from the left sidebar.<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>Add New<\/strong> button on the upper left corner of the main panel.<\/li>\n<li>In the search box on the upper right corner of the main panel, type <strong><em>PayMongo Payment Gateway for WooCommerce<\/em><\/strong> and wait for it to load.<\/li>\n<li>Once you found the <strong>PayMongo Payment Gateway for WooCommerce<\/strong> plugin item, click <strong>Install Now<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h4>Manual installation<\/h4>\n\n<p>The manual installation method involves downloading our plugin and uploading it to your web server via your favorite FTP application. The WordPress codex contains <a href=\"https:\/\/codex.wordpress.org\/Managing_Plugins#Manual_Plugin_Installation\">instructions on how to do this here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<h4>Setup and Configuration<\/h4>\n\n<p><em>This step assumes you have already installed the plugin on your WordPress deployment, alongside the WooCommerce plugin<\/em><\/p>\n\n<ol>\n<li>Activate the plugin.<\/li>\n<li>From the left sidebar, navigate to <strong>WooCommerce<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Settings<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Payments<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Choose a payment option and click the <strong>Set Up<\/strong> button associated to it.\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Note:<\/strong> The plugin settings starting from API settings is shared. <strong>You need to configure the plugin once with any payment option and just enable any number of payment options<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p><strong>Test Configuration<\/strong> <em>(Optional but highly recommended)<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>Before accepting actual payments for transactions, it is ideal to test payment workflows using the <strong><em>test mode<\/em><\/strong>. Below are the steps to configure your plugin in test mode.<\/p>\n\n<ol>\n<li>Under the <strong>Test Environment<\/strong> subsection, enter your test public key and test secret key in their respective fields. You may obtain your test keys by registering an account at <a href=\"https:\/\/paymongo.com\">PayMongo<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>Save Changes<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<li>Proceed with testing by ordering items from your store and head to checkout.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p><strong>Live Configuration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ol>\n<li>Under the <strong>Live Environment<\/strong> subsection, enter your live public key and live secret key in their respective fields. You may obtain your live keys by registering an account at <a href=\"https:\/\/paymongo.com\">PayMongo<\/a> <strong>and have it verified<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>Save Changes<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<li>Done.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p><strong>Webhooks Configuration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>For the plugin to work, you need to specify a webhook secret key in the corresponding settings fields. You can generate one using Cynder's <a href=\"https:\/\/paymongo-webhook-tool.cynder.io\/\">Webhook Secret Key Generator<\/a>. A convenience link is provided just below the field. After generating a webhook secret key using the key generator, paste it on the webhook secret key fields.<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Webhook secret keys can be created using the PayMongo secret keys.
