The only reason I gave this 5 stars is there is no option for 10 stars. Oliver's support for this plugin is nothing short of amazing. He answers emails immediately and is willing to help resolve any and all issues. The rest of the WordPress plugin community should take a page from his book. The plugin's Premium Version does everything I need it to do and more. Thanks Oliver for your attention to this. The best tickets system by far.

I have discovered WATS few weeks ago. I have searched a simple ticket system to setup for few months before that. I had problems in the past with obsolete plugins and was concerned that I would invest time to install and configure a plugin that could potentially not work or not be maintained... It worked directly without any issue. I had few questions that the developer quickly answered. The good thing is that it perfectly integrated with my WordPress template without any requirement to dig into the template code. There is a good number of options available so it takes a bit of time to familiarize with the plugin but most of the default settings were enough for me. So far so good!
