Dynamic Visibility for Elementor

Description

Dynamic Visibility extension allows you to hide widgets, columns, containers, sections, or pages.
It is particularly useful when you are building something that you don’t want to show everyone.

It’s an Elementor extension, so you must install Elementor Free version (also working with Elementor Pro) before activating the plugin.

Note: As a plugin for Elementor, it only affects the visibility of content within the Elementor frontend pages

  • Choose an OR/AND condition.
  • Limit visibility for specific custom fields or pages.
  • Set a date (from–to), day of the week, or an hour and decide when each element will be visible.
  • Limit visibility for specific user roles, user meta, IP, referral, or users.
  • Limit visibility for WooCommerce products
  • Set a fallback text (e.g.: ‘Coming soon’) for hidden elements that will be displayed in place of the element.

You can choose to hide the element via CSS or remove it from the DOM.

Excellent functionality, allowing developers much more freedom to build dynamic, elementor powered sites. Intimidating amount of options to begin with, but that means there is so much power there that can be used (or left unused if unnecessary for your use case). Thanks for this!

The Dynamic.ooo team has a very good understanding of our needs for dynamic sites. The dynamic visibility plugin works much better than most other offerings out there, including Elementor’s native dynamic conditions.

Please ignore the few angry 1-star reviews here. If you have a clean set up of you website, -meaning not loads of potentially conflicting plugins-than this is an amazing tool. Always test on a clean site before jumping to conclusions. Their support is top notch, I can say by my own experience. Highly recommended!!

Each time you activate or deactivate a trigger, Dynamic visibility refreshes the edited content. If you just need one trigger and have to deactivate the 12 others : 12 refreshes!! If you use dynamic tags and you have the very bad idea to select a get request, do not type the parameter name!! If you do, go get yourself a coffee, go to a movie, have a party with friends cause you won’t be able to do anything with elementor for quite some time. Apply visibility on a container with a dozen widgets inside and all content in the container disappear and it takes literally several minutes if not HOURS to render again the content. And the author says there is no compatibility issue with the last release of Elementor 3.19/3.20. Come on!! Don’t use this plugin if you worship productivity!!! I do not recommend.

Extremely bad support, almost nothing. For last 4 months solving plugin bug (not exporting .PDF on mobile) and support only asking questions, asking for videos (sent 2x), asking for time, giving general replied and after 4 months of texting up and back no solid answer and bug not solved.
