Description
digilytiks Consent Stats Lite is a lightweight analytics plugin that helps you understand how users interact with your site’s cookie consent banner.
This plugin is intentionally focused on core consent interactions only, providing clear visibility into how often your consent banner is shown and which choices users make — without relying on GA4 or third-party analytics tools.
This is an early, simplified release designed for site owners who want basic consent insight without complexity.
What this plugin does
- Tracks when the consent popup is shown
- Records high-level consent choices such as:
- Accept all
- Reject all
- Custom / preferences
- Displays totals and simple charts in the WordPress admin area
What this plugin does NOT do
To set expectations clearly, digilytiks Consent Stats Lite does not:
* Track individual users or sessions
* Replace a full analytics platform
* Modify or manage your consent banner
* Support multiple CMPs (currently CookieYes only)
Support for additional consent management platforms may be added in future releases.
Features
- Lightweight, database-driven consent interaction tracking
- Simple visual dashboard inside WordPress
- Designed to work seamlessly with CookieYes
- No external services or third-party data sharing
